June 29, 2010 - Mark H. Rowswell, Commissioner General for the Canada Pavilion, introduces a week of Canadian cultural performances at Expo 2010 Shanghai. Artists, including Kreesha Turner, Jets Overhead, Dancers of Damelahamid, and Grand Dérangement appeared with the Commissioner General at a press conference promoting the week of celebrations. Canada's world renowned Cirque du Soleil will also perform an act from ZED, a show imagined by Montréal writer and director François Girard, at the July 1st evening celebration at the Expo Centre.
