June 1, 2010: Commissioner General Mark H. Rowswell welcomes the Honourable James M. Flaherty, Minister of Finance, to the Canada Pavilion. Minister Flaherty’s visit marks the third official delegation from the Government of Canada to Expo. Minister Flaherty is in Shanghai on business in advance of the G-20 to be held in Toronto later this month.
