July 1, 2010 - Wayne Murphy, Executive Chef, Canada Pavilion Expo 2010 Shanghai, and the Honourable Gerry Ritz, Minister of Agriculture and Agri-Food and Minister for the Canadian Wheat Board, lead a cooking demonstration featuring Canadian beef at the Canada Pavilion. The barbeque marked the first time in almost a decade Canadian beef has been available in China.
