
August 2, 2010 - Wayne Murphy, Executive Chef at the Canada Pavilion, prepares canapes for an evening reception. Chef Murphy is assisted by two of the six recent Canadian culinary school graduates, who were selected from across Canada to contribute to the excellence of the Canada Pavilion culinary program. More than forty events have been catered by the culinary team, including the July 1st Canada Day reception attended by Their Excellencies the Right Honourable Michaëlle Jean, Governor General of Canada, and Mr. Jean-Daniel Lafond.
