Provinces

The Government of Canada’s mandate is to create a pan-Canadian presentation for the Canada Pavilion. Feedback from the provinces and territories during the planning stages is therefore extremely important. Canadian provinces and territories can get actively involved in Expo 2010 by partnering with the Government of Canada to promote tourism, strengthen trade relations or explore new opportunities by hosting events in the Canada Pavilion. Another option on how to get involved is by sponsoring or co-creating Expo related contests, events and promotions, or by collaborating on Canada’s Expo 2010 programming. The Government of Canada has invited provinces and territories to participate in this exciting opportunity.

In the spirit of international cultural cooperation, many Canadian provinces have been twinned with Chinese provinces, creating a natural fit for partnering at Expo 2010.
