Canada's Culinary Program

The Canada Pavilion is looking for 6 young chefs to help run its successful Culinary Program. The Program will highlight Canada's diverse culinary landscape, using Canadian products, in Canadian dishes, and prepared by Canadian chefs.

As part of Canada's objective to engage Canada's youth, interested young Canadian chefs will have the opportunity to enjoy a unique experience at Expo 2010.

A call letter was sent recently to public culinary schools, community colleges across Canada and, to the Canadian Federation of Chefs and Cooks, asking them to submit candidates by December 31, 2009. Please note that only students recommended by their institution may apply. If you are interested in applying, please see the program director of your academic institution.
